I don't have any plans right now to copyright any of this. It does not bother me if someone saves my photos, there are a lot of cute ones here as you will see. However, I will object if you try to pass them off as your own! I recently found an imposter on Dogster, naming their Tosa also Taro (ok, that's allowed), but using two of MY Taro's 1 year old photos as theirs. Wrong!
Most of the info you see on this site will be under Taro's page. I usually update some part of the site at least once a month, but I've been known to take longer breaks.

Happy Holidays '05
Road trip to St.Petersburg, FL March '06 I drove down with the dogs, splitting the trip up into approx. 8hr drives so it took 3 days to travel each way. We stayed at La Quinta Inns along the way as they're very dog friendly and never bothered me about having 2 dogs, or about Taro's size. While we were in Florida, we stayed at Whispers Resort in the Treasure Island portion of St. Petersburg for the most part. It's not luxurious, but it was clean and quaint. Each day, we would make the 20 minute drive south to Fort Desoto park. They have a big and beautiful stretch of beach just for the dogs, as well as fenced off play areas just 100 ft up from the beach. There's an amazing dog friendly resort Loews Don Caesar , but I passed up the luxury for the convenience of having a kitchen. Our last day in Florida was spent in Ft. Myers, and then we drove over to Sanibel Island and walked the beach for a couple of hours. On our next roadtrip to Florida, we'll be staying there.
A trip to the cottage Sep.06 Took some photos during a week I spent at the cottage on Lake Simcoe. Georgie and Taro just love having lots of family and friends around, no shortage of attention for them!
Japan October 2006 I went for 10 days, touring a few places in Japan. One of my stops was Kochi City, and met up with Takashi Hirose, boss of the Tosa Center. Unfortunately, it was just too much of a trip to bring my own dogs along, but they found a nice babysitter to stay with.

Elevated feeders This company will make you any configuration of feeder you want. You can choose how high, how many bowls it should hold, and the size of the bowls. The material they're made out of is plain white but can be painted or decorated. It's very easy to clean, just need a damp cloth.
